Letter of Elijah Clark, datelined Augusta, to Governor Lyman Hall stating that negotiations with the Creeks have been completed for lands as far west as the Oconee River and requesting settlement for the accounts due him for supplies he provided for the Indian Department. As his part of the settlement, Clark asks for Oak Hall plantation in Richmond County, the confiscated property of James Ingram.
